| Willow | Water Genasi | She/Her | Alive |
Occupation:
Second in Command for the Rebels of Waterdeep
Location:
Lower Waterdeep
Appearance:
As a Water Genasi, Willow has water hair, which is in the shape of a ponytail. She is missing her right eye after an incident with the guards when she was a teenager. She has many tattoos as her main source of self expression, as she feels it should remain isolated to herself, rather than affecting others.

Mannerisms:
As the more empathetic of the Rebel leaders, Willow takes the most people-facing role. She is slow to trust as she has been burnt in the past. She’s patient, but feels guilty if she isn’t always doing something to help. If she has to wait for a short period, she can be seen playing with one of her daggers.
Allegiance:
- Yasin Loran
- The Rebels of Waterdeep
Public Perception:
During her time as a guard, Willow was often dismissed by fellow guards and nobles, viewed as not being a “true” guard. In contrast, many citizens welcomed her presence and saw her as a source of reassurance and inspiration.
Among the rebels and much of Lower Waterdeep, she is regarded as family, trusted and respected for her quiet dedication and willingness to stand alongside them.
Relationships:
Adam: Slightly Negative
She sees Adam as a foolish hypocrite. He speaks of the horrors the rebels have caused, then kills a guard in the middle of the street, single-handedly making everything more difficult for everyone.
Florien: Negative
When she looks at Florien, she can only see Faust, though he does not feel like him. He denies the name of Faust, but not Wolfric. Reports suggest he has been seen using the name of Faust, he is untrustworthy.
Kerrick Lurgan: Neutral
She has a general respect for Kerrick as a guard and appreciates his honesty, though she does not trust him, having hailed from Aerys.
Rona: Slightly Positive
She can see Rona has a good heart, but she won’t allow herself to trust her yet, even if she is Yasin’s sister. Rona may say she is for the cause, but she has yet to prove herself.
